Saadi Awan
Building scalable, profitable medical practices across Texas and Arizona — helping physicians, chiropractors, and pain clinics get more business, access to capital, and new patients.

From a family enterprise to U.S. healthcare operations
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Brownsville, Texas, Saadi Awan built his leadership instincts early — first as a D1 rower at UC San Diego, where he balanced the discipline of elite athletics with a biology degree, and later by stepping in to run his family’s jewelry store while still in college. That combination of pressure, people, and profit taught him how to lead under real-world conditions.
Today, he is the founder and U.S. Operations Lead at A1 Venture Group, a healthcare consulting and business development firm launched in 2025. His work centers on helping physicians, chiropractors, and pain clinics grow sustainable, efficient, and profitable practices through capital access, strategic planning, and a steady flow of new patients. Off the clock, you’ll usually find him on a basketball court.
